How can I book use of the spa facilities or a spa treatment?

Reservations can be made online via our Spa Webshop, by email at info@myrianthousaspa.com or by phone 22  024 355 during opening hours.

Please note that there is often very high demand, so please book well in advance of your stay in order to avoid disappointment. During peak times, it is unlikely that walk-in appointments will become available, and the spa is unable to accommodate extra guests when it is at full capacity, especially during the Covid pandemic. 

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for check-in and to complete the health questionnaire. Please note that if you are late for your appointment, your service will finish as scheduled, so that our next guest can begin their appointment on time.

What should I wear?

Swimwear must be worn in the hydrotherapy and thermal suites. Robes, towels and slippers are provided for all other areas. Disposable underwear is provided for certain treatments.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please inform the spa of any cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged.  No shows will be charged the full amount of the treatment.

Can children use the spa?

Children aged 12 or over are welcome to use the spa with an accompanying adult.  For health and safety reasons, it is strongly recommended that thermal cabins be used by over-16s only.

Can I eat, drink or smoke in the spa?

Food and alcoholic drinks are not permitted in the hydrotherapy and thermal suites.  Selected complimentary refreshments are available in the Spa Lounge. The spa operates a strict no-smoking policy in all areas.

Can I use my phone and play music?

The spa operates a Quiet Policy for a peaceful experience for all guests.  We kindly ask all guests to leave mobile phones in the changing-room lockers.  Please keep noise to a minimum throughout the spa.
